1. What are your delivery time frames?

 Customer Services cannot speed up or change delivery times. If your order has not arrived, but it is before the estimated delivery time frame, please do your best not to contact us – this allows us to help those with order issues more quickly.

 

2. How do I track my item?

3. How much would it cost me to return my item?

 

Returns are charged at £3.99. However, creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £3.99 from your refund.

 

You are responsible for returning your item/s.

 

4. Is the delivery charge refunded?

 

Unfortunately, you will not be refunded the original shipping charge. 

 

 

5. My order hasn't arrived yet?

 

Sorry that your order hasn't been delivered yet. Please check the estimated delivery time frame.  - If it is before this date, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery time frame i.e., the 14th business day to receive your parcel.

 

 

If it is past your estimated delivery time frame, check the latest tracking from the carrier on the tracking link.

 

 

Unfortunately, our customer services cannot change or fix delays experienced by carriers - so please only get in touch if there is no update from the carrier on their tracking.

 

6. My tracking is showing 'Not Found' on the Royal Mail website, what do I do?

 

Please allow up to 7 days for the tracking details to update on the Royal Mail website. 

 

7. I Paid Next Day Delivery?

 

We currently do next day delivery on selected Item. For Next day delivery Please request by email.
